skiing sections including the front side, back bowls and Blue Sky Basin
all answer the needs of any level skier. The resort overflows with
outfitters offering everything from backcountry tours via snowcap or
your own skis. Several backcountry yurts provide warmth, safety and
great fun while seeing and skiing the Rocky Mountains. Vail also has a
cross country and Nordic ski center which gets guests outfitted and
informed about Vail Valley's many trails. Snowmobiling in Vail can be
done day or night. Children especially will enjoy snow inner-tubing.
