West Vail Colorado

West Vail, Colorado is unique because it enjoys the best of both sides of the Valley. The south side boasts gorgeous alpine scenery, while the north side receives tons of sunshine.

West Vail is quite a bit larger than Vail Village and East Vail. Its northern and southern hillsides provide different but just as popular residential areas with amazing real estate. In most cases the properties are quite affordable, especially when compared to properties in Vail Village. At the same time, the Village and the slopes are only 5-10 minutes away, and the free Town of Vail bus system services the area well.
