Riding to give hope and joy to kids is the purpose behind the Courage Classic, a bike tour through Copper Mountain held each July. teams of riders and individuals race to raise money for the great charities and the Children's Hospital.

The Courage Classic Bike Race in Vail Colorado continues to raise more money each and every year for participating charities. The eventis usually based at Copper Mountain, which is known as the hub of Rocky Mountain road biking. Any skill level of cyclist can participate.

Overview: The Courage Classic Bike Race in Vail Colorado continues to raise more money each and every year for participating charities. The event is usually based at Copper Mountain, which is known as the hub of Rocky Mountain road biking. Any skill level of cyclist can participate and often the teams are composed of friends, businesses or families.
When: A 3 day tour in late July

Fees: entry fees vary and fundraising efforts vary
Details: Each team should consist of a minimum of eight people, but there is no limit how large the team can be. All tour participants are required to raise at least $300 dollars in pledges, but many participants raise much more than that. Participating in this worthwhile event is good for the body and the soul. It is a great way to view the beauty of the area, enjoy the company of family and friends, and to raise money for a worthy cause all at the same time.
