Eagle County's annual household income, based on the majority of residents, ranged between $35,000 - $149,999.  25% of residents made between $50,000 - $74,999, with 3% in the less than $9,999 range and 6% in the $200,000 and above range.

Vail residents are 58% male and 42% female, with the median of 32 years of age.  The average home sale price for a single family is $1,437,071 with a median of $525,000.  The average household income is $106,423 with a median of $65,000.  Average monthly rent is $1,026.

The demographics for tourist in the Vail and Beaver Creek resorts show that the majority of summer visitors are 30 years and over.  In the winter, however, the majority of those seeking a ski and snowboard vacation are 45 years and under.  Annual skier visits for Vail are 1.4 million per year and Beaver Creek has 676,528 per year.
